Only documents purchased in your original transaction can be retrieved.

How to Retrieve Your Certificate or Report:

  1. Enter the surname supplied for your original transaction.

  2. Enter the VIN, HIN, or Chassis Number used for your original transaction.

  3. Click the SEARCH button.

  4. If your details match our records (within 3 days of purchase), your certificate or report will open in a new window or tab.
